Missions We Support
The Mustard Seed Church Elders and Financial Committee provides the Missions Advisory Board with an annual missions budget. The Advisory Board then reviews and advises the Elders on funding amounts for various local and global missions. In addition to the specific missions listed below, there are budgets for church benevolence and discretionary missions that help fund special needs during the year.
As a church community, we are blessed to be able to serve the Lord through funding the following ministries and missions for the 2025 calendar year. Learn more about the specific missions where a link has been provided.
Dominican Republic Ministry
The Mustard Seed Church has supported the ministry for several years. An annual Mission Trip supports the growing ministry and gives participants a life-changing experience.
In 2024, we started funding one teacher for the new community school.
Sarah’s Home
Sarah’s Home provides a sanctuary for teenage girls who are survivors of sex trafficking as they reclaim the life God created them to live.
Oman Missions
In the context of Oman, a country with a Muslim-majority population where proselytizing is illegal, missionaries, particularly Christian missionaries, face a unique and challenging situation, often working discreetly and focusing on serving and building relationships rather than direct evangelism.
Young Life
4 out of 5 Young Life participants consider Young Life and its leaders to be a significant influence on their faith. We directly support the East End of the Valley Young Life Staff.
Project Nehemiah
Project Nehemiah is a non-profit 501(c) 3. organization that focuses on missions and advancing God’s kingdom in India and America. Their calling is to teach and preach God’s word and restore hope to the broken hearts of the lost.
Africa Shades Of Light
Their daily mission is to address adversity through ethical, collaborative, and sustainable action to empower underserved communities, families, and children to reach their God-given potential.
Their long-term vision is to make disciples of Jesus and restore eternal hope in the lives and hearts of people for generations.

Passports: If you do not have a passport, please begin the process now. You can obtain an application and have your passport photo taken at the US Post office.
